How to get rid of the yellow on your jewelry
For the longest time I would just throw away my jewelry that would change yellow
because I thought it was permanent. Well it's not!!! My husband looked it up online
the other day and there is away to getting rid of the yellow. Get a bowl of very
hot water and put half a spoon of salt and half a spoon baking soda. Let your jewelry sit
for 15- 30 min. After that get a cloth or paper towel and rub where all the
yellow parts are. Sometimes you have to repeat this 2-3 times to make it really
new and shiney. Make sure that from now on you put your jewelry in a bag or container that it can't breathe air. The oils from your hands and leaving your jewelry out causes yelling. This can happen even to real silver and white gold.

Why do my nails curve?
Well you all must wonder why your nails curve over your free edge, more flexible and thinner. I have the answer! This is called eggshell nails. This is usually caused by poor diet, hereditary, stress, internal disease or medications.
How do I fix eggshell nails?
Trim you nails, change and improve your diet. Include all the vitamins and nutrients that your body needs and stop medications that cause eggshell nails.

So everyone I'm sure wants to know what the best nail polish there is out there... Here it is! Venique. You ask why? Did you know that your nails change size in temperature? When it's warm your nail expands and when it's cold they shrink. Hence this is why your nail polish chips faster! Venique nail polish is designed to be flexible to move with your nails when it changes size which causes less chipping!!! -Lissa B (Find at your local CosmoProf)

Caramel Apples
Caramel Apples:
6 apples
14 oz of caramel
butter on pan
1 tbs of milk
wooden sticks
First stick the sticks in the apples (you can get in the craft
section at wal-mart).
Then get the caramels in a bowl and add 1 tbs of milk. Put the bowl in the
microwave and put it for 2 min. then mix and put in for another 20 sec. Take the
apples and role them in the caramel. Try to hurry because it hardens fast. Then
put them on a pan with butter rubbed on the pan. Let the apples sit for 25 min.
and they are ready to be eaten!!! If you want to make them more
yummy you can add candy or nuts crushed.

White spots on your nails?
The white spots on your nail plate is called leukonychia. Many people say that it is due to lack of vitimins. This is false. It is the damaging of your matrix. The matrix is where your nail is created right next your cuticle. It does not take much to cause leukonychia. Even a simple hit to the matrix will cause white spotting as your nail grows out. Now you know!
Marble Nails
So I learned a new way to do nails! It's very different and cool. There are
many ways that you can make it look so it can be different every time. Here's
the steps...
1. Do a base coat- any color works
2. Put tape all around each finger to protect your
skin from getting paint on it.
3. Choose your colors
4. Take the first color you want to use and drop one
drop into a cup full of room temp. filtered water
5. Repeat and do all your colors
6.
Now that you've done your colors take a orange stick and make your design by
cutting into the paint. Don't take too long because it will all dry.
7. Stick finger into paint and get a q-tip to get the remains around your finger in the water. Repeat steps for all fingers
