Creative Ways to do Nails
Well it was a rainy day today so I was a bit bored. I decided to have some fun with some nail ideas I had. Here they are!
All of these were done with reverse application and full sculpted. The first one is with gold and red/orange acrylic and with netted material I did an impression and filled the space with black. The second is 4th of July inspired with stars and a painted fire work. The last is my favorite! Wild and crazy stiletto shaped with green, turquoise and orange fade with stars.
For more ideas go to http://www.youngnails.com/videotutorials.aspx . I love this site and the way young nails applies their product. Can't wait to take a class with them! Such beautiful work!

Elephant Lamp
So easy! I just bought this lamp at Wal-Mart for $10 and then bought felt, string and a needle. I cut out the shape of the elephant from online and then used the pattern to cut out the felt. Then stitched around the elephant and glued the animal on the lamp.

Just new paint and knobs
I wish I had done a before picture but forgot to. This baby diaper changing station was just plain wood with stains. It was given to me for free so I thought I would fix it up a bit. I just did two layers of paint and bought some cute knobs from Hobby Lobby. Easy as that and looks new!
How to make cute letter decorations
So I found cute letters on etsy for decoration but didn't want to spend over $20 on them! So I made my own! You can purchase a cardboard letter at Hobby Lobby for a few dollars. Then get a brush and ceramic paint and do two coats. Super easy and fast to make!
